Prayer Walking @ BFBC
Prayer Walking is a tool used to equip God’s people to focus on a specific need, at a specific time, in a specific location. One people with one voice praying for the same need at the same time.
God has blessed us with many opportunities to bind together as one and seek Him with our petitions for what is on His heart for our church and community. Our Prayer Walking Ministry Team has set aside a Saturday once a month to walk our church campus and other areas in our community in united prayer. We will begin each meeting with prayer as a group. Then you will be given a list of prayer prompts and scripture to pray over the specific needs cited for each month.
Our first opportunity for corporate prayer walking will be this Saturday, June 17 at 9:30 am. Meet at the Crosswalk where our prayer focus will be our summer camp program and activities scheduled for our youth and children.
Mark your calendar for these upcoming Saturdays: June 17, July 8, August 5, September 9, October 14, and November 11. Each month you will be provided with the prayer prompts and scripture texts for the specific focus.
