Centrifuge 2026
We are incredibly excited for Centrifuge this year! FUGE is all about life change. They want to see students leave camp looking more like Jesus! Every aspect of camp is geared toward a student growing in their relationship with Him.

Who is Centrifuge for?
- Centrifuge (or FUGE) is for current middle and high school students (6th-12th grade). Adults (one year removed from high school) are eligible to be a chaperone at FUGE.

Dates, Location, Transportation
FUGE will take place from June 8 to 12 at Ridgecrest Conference Center. This is located near Asheville, NC. We will use church buses to get to camp, and potentially 1-2 adults (similar to Winter Retreat transportation).
Theme & Content
Students will dive into Psalm 23 and key moments from King David’s life that intersect with the psalm. The daily themes will explore our need for leadership, peace, restoration, experiencing God’s presence, and living a life aligned with God’s desires.
A unique aspect of FUGE is that you can see daily what students are learning through the Parent Pack. Upon their return from FUGE, you won’t have to pry information out of your student; you can jump right into conversation with them!

Rules, Dress Code, Packing List, and more!
All details about FUGE rules, packing list, and dress code can be found in the Parent Pack, along with even more information about FUGE! (Note: Any time you see CF or MF, remember, we are part of CF.)
Hard copies of the Parent Pack were handed out at the meeting, but if you need one, please have your student ask for one on Sunday morning or Wednesday night, or text Terra Jones (919-605-8358) and she will have one ready for your student at the check-in desk on Wednesday.
Chaperones
We are required to bring 1 adult female for every 5 female students, and 1 adult male for every 5 male students. Any adult (at least one year removed from high school at the time of camp) from our church will be background checked and have completed MinistrySafe Training.
Interested in attending as a chaperone? You must:
- Love students!
- Want to be part of lives changing forever!
- Willing to be fun and get sweaty!
- Active participant in the life of Berea FBC!
- Willing to have hard conversations with our students!
In addition, Lifeway and FUGE have additional checks and safeguards for all of their staff. We can share more about that if needed.
Cost & Registration
$275
There is a $75 non-refundable deposit due at the time of registration to hold your spot. Final payments are due by May 1.
If the cost of camp would prevent your student from attending FUGE, we have scholarship opportunities! Reach out to Blake or Terra for more information. Additionally, if the May 1 deadline needs to be extended, please let us know as soon as possible so we can work with you on that date.
Students and chaperones can register HERE. Registration will close at 12:01am on Friday, May 1, 2026!
