This Weekend: A Special Worship Gathering!

We have some exciting news to share about this weekend’s worship services!

Due to expected winter weather, we’re switching things up – and we think you’re going to love what we have planned! Instead of our regular Sunday morning service, we’re hosting a special family worship gathering this Friday evening at 6:30 PM.

Friday Night Worship – January 31st

Doors open at 6:00 PM for coffee, hot chocolate, and doughnuts in the Welcome Center! Come early, warm up with a delicious treat, and enjoy some sweet fellowship before we gather together for worship at 6:30 pm.

This will be a family worship service, which means everyone – from our youngest to our oldest – will worship together as one big church family! There will be no nursery or The Dock for our K-5th graders this Friday. We’re all worshiping together!

Can’t Make It Friday? We’ve Got You Covered!

We know winter weather can be unpredictable, and your safety is our top priority. If travel conditions aren’t safe for you on Friday evening, don’t worry! We’ll be recording Friday night’s service and streaming it Sunday morning at 10:15 AM so our entire church family can still worship together – even if the weather keeps you at home.

Continuing to Grow Together

We’re also providing a special discipleship resource with sermon-based discussion questions that you can use:

• As a family at home
• With your small group over the phone
• In your Sunday School class via Zoom

These resources will be available in person on Friday night and digitally on Sunday morning everywhere you normally stream our services. Our goal? To keep prioritizing meaningful Bible study and worship, no matter what the weather throws our way!

The Bottom Line

Sunday morning service is canceled, but we’re replacing it with something special – a chance to gather as one complete church family on Friday night, or to worship together online on Sunday morning if weather prevents you from traveling safely.
