Berea
First Baptist Church Children's Ministries
Berea First Baptist Church has a legacy as a church that ministers to and loves children. For decades our church has offered age-appropriate Bible study classes, interactive choirs, and recreation activities. Below are just a few of the children's ministries you will discover at Berea First Baptist Church.

Sunday Morning Opportunities for Your Kids...
Sunday School
Sunday School meets every Sunday
morning at 9:15 a.m. and we have classes for babies through grade six. During
this time the children and pre-schoolers learn Bible verses, participate in a
hands-on activity, make new friends, and listen to Bible stories. Our curriculum
provides "Home" pages that allows the children to share their activities with
their family and also preview the next week’s lesson and memory verse.
At the same time, we invite you to join us in one of our adult classes
while your kids are loving their time in Sunday School. Ask for
information in our "Welcome Center" on a class that you could attend
this week.
Children’s Church
Children's
Church meets during the
Sunday morning worship hour and is provided for children, age four to grade three.
Your child will be taken care of by loving adult volunteers that you can meet
prior to the Children's Church hour. This service takes place in the
"Chapel" building which is directly behind our Worship Center. Children’s
Church is similar to our regular morning worship, but on a child’s level. We
sing songs, learn Bible verses, take offering, and listen to a sermon.
Children’s Church does not meet during the summer months. Our
workers will stay with your child in the classroom until you come and pick them
up following the morning worship in the Sanctuary.
TeamKid
TeamKid is an exciting and
enthusiastic, recreation-based discipleship club offered for children, age three
to grade five, on Sunday nights from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pre-School children,
ages three to five, meet together and children, grade one to five, meet
together. The hour is divided into five segments: The Warm-Up, The Workout,
Stretching, The Tournament, and Cool Down. We try to prepare the children to
handle the daily struggles/challenges that they face.
